• Participation in this program does not create any relationship of employment, agency, or partnership between you and us.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

3. Comment nous collectons les données personnelles

• Once you accept these terms, you will be able to generate your unique referral/affiliate link.
• You will earn a reward for every successful transaction completed by users who sign up using your referral/affiliate link as follows:
• Nigerian merchants: ₦5 (Five Naira)
• Other countries: 0.1% of transaction fees paid by the merchant
• Rewards will be calculated per transaction, not per referred user.

4. Les informations que nous collectons

• The reward period is valid for 6 months starting from the date your referred user completes their first transaction.
• After the 6-month reward period for each referred user, no further rewards will be earned from their transactions.

5. Finalités et base légale du traitement des données personnelles

• Payouts or crediting of rewards will be done on a monthly basis, or as may be determined by our platform’s policy.
• The payouts will be made into a bank account to be nominated by you to Kora in writing.

6. Limitation de la finalité

• You must not misuse the Partner Program by engaging in fraudulent activities such as creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any activity that violates our platform's guidelines.
• We reserve the right to disqualify you from the program and forfeit any rewards if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

7. Minimisation des données

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program, or change the reward amount and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
